About Me

My name is Jacqueline Burrows, and I am a trained and qualified independent celebrant, as well as a proud member of the International College of Professional Celebrants (ICPC).
I am a romantic, fun and genuine celebrant creating personal weddings, vow renewals, baby naming ceremonies and funerals. I help clients who want relaxed, personal ceremonies with lots of laughter and zero stress.
My journey to becoming a celebrant has been anything but ordinary. Over the years, I have worked in a wide variety of roles, including administrator, barmaid, shop assistant, university lecturer, cake maker, music teacher, and professional musician.
Each of these experiences has helped shape the person I am today and has enriched the way I connect with people from all walks of life.
I create ceremonies for a variety of occasions:
Weddings & Vow Renewals
Personal, heartfelt ceremonies with humour, romance and genuine connection – written all about you and your story. Weddings and Vow Renewals don’t have to be serious to be meaningful and remember, your story deserves to be told in a way that feels like you.
Planning your wedding and looking for a celebrant? I’d love to chat.
Naming ceremonies
Joyful, welcoming ceremonies celebrating new life, family and love, with promises, readings and symbolic elements if you wish.
Funerals & Memorials
Compassionate, sincere ceremonies that honour a life with warmth, dignity and meaning, tailored to each family.
I hold a Level 3 NOCN Double Diploma in Funerals, Couples and Naming Ceremonies, ensuring every ceremony I create is delivered with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
